The owners of a newly constructed home in the Sierra foothill community of Cool, hired me to design their landscape.

Cool has a different climate zone than the greater Sacramento area and different soil. I worked with the Master Gardener group to double and triple check my plant selections and amendments to the soil. That extra effort, that can be overlooked, made all the difference.
