From construction site, to completion, this project called for a very hands on relationship with the client and the crew.

This property sits on a busy street. Our clients wanted to maximize their ability to entertain without being exposed to traffic.

Behind the wall, is an intimate court large enough for 50 or so guests/and or family.

Used brick was is the material used for the driveway, court, and all hardscapes.

Simple grasses, custom lighting, and the sounds of water, wind, and birds in the rustling grass give this home a second entry that invites and says ….. stay.
