This is just one of several designs prepared for a long time Placerville resident and owner of a historic homesite in Placerville.

With more than 5 acres of undeveloped land, this particular phase concentrated on the lower area, off the back of the residence, in a grove of Oak and chapparel.

A fire pit,  stone bench and evergreen trees for screening are seen in the drawing.

You can see at the bottom right side of the drawing, a portion of the raised, stone patio and entertainment area off of the kitchen.
